Michael Keen was born in Raleigh, North Carolina. He and his wife, Kelly, were married in 1996 and have been members of Colonial since 2001.
In addition to serving as a deacon, Michael coaches church and community sports teams and is involved with Evangelism Explosion and Children Ministries.
He has a degree in Civil Engineering and currently works as a Construction Management Consultant & Commercial Real Estate Broker. In his spare time, Mike enjoys spending time with family, sporting activities, and gardening.
Kelly home schools their two sons, Jackson & Garrett, and is a substitute teaching leader for Bible Study Fellowship. They have both served as Sunday school teachers and have been on short term mission trips together.
